Council approves $500,000 change order for Midcal park dredging work

City staff asked for the authorization to avoid schedule slippage and the council approved the change order without public speakers on the item. The motion passed unanimously.
Staff said the contractor will proceed quickly so seasonal amenities are available; project administration will remain with the Parks and Recreation Department and standard contract monitoring will apply.
