Representative McIntyre asked the committee to consider an operational gap raised during testimony: a case where a consumer arrived with a battery issue and required a return trip for repair after prior authorization was approved. She said that might warrant further rulemaking or refinement to reduce extra trips for patients and providers.
The bill was moved to the floor on a roll call and was recorded as on its way to the floor; the committee did not adopt further amendments during the work session.
