Richmond Heights officials said fire safety inspectors visited 444 Park this week after complaints that trash left in apartment hallways was creating a fire hazard.
The fire division reported that three state-certified fire safety inspectors completed full inspections of two of the complex’s four buildings and will deliver a written report by the end of the week. Chief Hilliard said, "If there is trash in any of the hallways that were witnessed by the fire safety inspectors, that will also be in the report and we'll be able to follow-up.
