During the meeting two council members volunteered to participate in the review committee; the transcript records Phil and Cathy volunteering to work with staff to set a time and date in April to walk through checklists and documentation. Staff said the work will allow the council to answer whether it has had an opportunity to review the report before filing.
Leslie, a departing staff member, agreed to return for the review if needed to assist with continuity. The council did not take a formal roll-call vote on the committee appointments at the public meeting; appointments were confirmed by verbal agreement.
Staff asked to schedule at least one or two additional reviews and said they will coordinate times with the volunteer council members.
