The warning came as witnesses from the Department of Defense intelligence components described how workforce reductions being executed over a condensed period would accelerate the loss of senior leaders and experienced personnel. Ranking Member Crow said he was “very concerned by some of the proposed cuts, of up to 8% in some of your agencies.”
