Ouray County commissioners adopt three April proclamations on child abuse prevention, sexual assault awareness and fairgrounds service

The board read and approved a proclamation for Sexual Assault Awareness Month that stressed survivor-centered response and prevention through education on consent and bystander intervention. Commissioners approved the proclamation by voice vote.
