At its meeting the Bibb County Regular School District board approved payment of $24,840 to AAA Environmental Services for stripping and waxing hallways and common areas at five district schools and approved the district’s bills and payroll for April 2025.
The board voted to pay AAA Environmental Services $24,840 from the District General Fund to provide stripping and waxing at Brent Elementary School, Centerville Middle School, West Lawton Elementary School, West Lawton Middle School and Woodstock Elementary School, for work scheduled June–July 2025. The superintendent presented the recommendation and the board approved it by voice vote.
Earlier in the meeting the board noted that members had received financial statements and bank reconciliations for April 2025 and the superintendent asked for approval of April bills and payroll; the board approved that request.
Board members did not provide additional line-item budget detail on the record; the minutes record the payment amount and the listed funding source as the District General Fund.
