Representative Hilferty told the committee the proposal would return the question to voters at the next regularly scheduled election for approval. "The bill changes the fee from $450 to $600 per parcel per year and it is proposed to be on a regular scheduled election," the committee record shows.
On a motion by Senator Kathy the committee reported HB 191 favorably. The committee did not record a roll-call vote during the hearing; the motion was reported with no objections.
