The work is not a new addition but a reconfiguration of existing space to support interventions, RTI and counseling needs.
Administrators noted the school uses modular partitions that currently do not reach the ceiling and said students and staff would benefit from enclosed rooms to protect privacy and allow confidential meetings with counselors. Board members described the work as a high‑impact, modest‑cost project that better aligns space with current instructional and student‑support programming. Staff said this project is one of several small renovation projects the district is coordinating for summer work and that formal bid and scheduling details will be returned to the board for action.
