The board waived the second reading and adopted an ordinance amending Title 13 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code to add Chapter 13.25, related to implementing a community choice aggregation (CCA) program under Public Utilities Code §366.2. The reading stated the county found the ordinance exempt from CEQA pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 14, division 6, chapter 3, CEQA Guidelines §15061(b)(3).
Other approved consent items included: adopting Resolution 09‑25 to accept grant funding from the Off‑Highway Vehicle Grant (California Department of Parks and Recreation) and authorizing the sheriff and county administrator to sign application and related documents; adopting Resolution 10‑25 approving an appointment to fill a vacancy on the Jamestown Sanitary District Board of Directors; adopting Resolution 11‑25 authorizing the sheriff to apply for boating safety and enforcement funding for fiscal year 2025‑26; accepting a resignation from the Airport Advisory Committee and directing a notice of vacancy; approving Planning Commission appointments for Districts 1, 4 and 5 with terms to expire 02/15/2029; and adopting Resolution 12‑25 recognizing National Engineers Week (02/16/2025–02/22/2025).
Supervisor Grieffer moved to approve the consent calendar; Supervisor Holland seconded. The board voted 5‑0 in favor.
