Staff told the board the vacation will not change long‑term ownership of major paved roadway but will clarify the end of the road and enable creation of a turnaround that county staff said will improve fire‑safety access. No further conditions were imposed at the time of approval; staff will complete the administrative steps to record the vacation under statute.
