Planning staff member Ken Galica told the commission that the Community Services Department requested more time “to allow them a little bit of additional time, to finalize some meetings with some folks on this plan before we bring it back for PNC recommendation.” He estimated the department would return the plan for commission recommendation within about four to six weeks.
A commissioner moved to continue item 3(b) — the Parks and Recreation Master Plan recommendation to the city council — the motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote with no opposing votes recorded. The commission did not set a specific follow-up date at the meeting.
