Administrators told the board each agreement had been ratified by the union members before board action.
The board also approved the administration’s recommendation to accept FY26 wage increase pools for non‑union groups; board discussion clarified the motion approved pools only, not individual increases, and staff will return with individual allocations later.
Board members asked whether agreements had been ratified by members and were told they had. No public input was offered and the motions passed by voice vote.
