The consent items read into the record included check numbers 410737 through 410954 and electronic fund transfers V43552 through V435528, with a grand total of $4,725,473.42; regular payroll for the period ending April 15, 2025 of $1,119,269.53; payroll payouts of $7,326.31; and retiree payroll for period ending April 30, 2025 of $38,881.27. The packet also included minutes from April council and study sessions, an interlocal agreement for an emergency alerting system with Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management, and Resolution No. 3395: an intergovernmental agreement with the Suquamish Tribe to design a habitat-restoration plan for the Gorst Creek fish-rearing facility area.
During the consent agenda period the council asked for public speakers and, seeing none, the council moved, seconded and voted to approve the items without further discussion.
