Broadwater County commissioners approved updated bylaws for the Broadwater County Trust Board at the April 23 meeting.
Commissioner Smithson said the bylaws had not been updated since 2019 and that the revisions were limited: they add a sentence clarifying that advisory members’ role “will be to provide additional input” and include minor cleanup on the signature page. “They haven’t been updated since 2019. So, on page 3, article 6, section 6 advisory members, they just added the sentence their role will be to provide additional input,” Smithson said. A motion to approve the updated bylaws was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
County staff confirmed official copies would be recorded and distributed once recorded.
