The Northside ISD Board of Trustees formally canvassed verified results from the May election and adopted a resolution to record those results, district staff said. After a closed executive session, trustees moved and seconded motions to approve the administrative appointments and professional contracts discussed in closed session. The motions passed by voice vote; the board did not read roll-call tallies into the public record during the meeting.
These actions were procedural and followed statutory canvassing and personnel-appointment processes; supporting documents (verified results and the resolution) were included in the board packet, staff said.
