The Monroe Township Planning Board on April 1 accepted amended minutes, approved a memorialization for PB1264-24 (Menlo Route 33 Associates II LLC) and granted a one-year extension to Forever Iron Doors Inc. (PB1261-23). Staff prepared resolutions to memorialize the board’s actions.
The board agreed to accept the minutes as amended after a member asked that the record reflect they were not present at the prior meeting; the minutes were accepted following a motion and a voice vote. The transcript records one abstention during the minutes vote.
On PB1264-24 (Menlo Route 33 Associates II LLC), the planning board had no discussion and approved memorialization of the board’s action; the motion carried by roll call with all members present voting yes.
Walter Toto, representing Forever Iron Doors Inc., asked for a one-year extension for PB1261-23 and told the board that the outstanding issue involves coordinating a water-line extension with the township utility department and the applicant’s engineers. The board moved to grant the one-year extension; the board recorded a roll-call approval and staff prepared a resolution memorializing the extension.
At the end of the meeting, staff again offered the prepared memorializing resolution for adoption so the board’s decisions could be forwarded to the Township Council; the board adopted the resolution by roll call. The planning board then adjourned.
