Mono County names Deb Bush 2024 Community Spirit Award winner; supervisors adopt proclamation

Supervisor Peters moved to adopt the proclamation; Supervisor K. (second name not specified in the transcript) seconded. County clerk Danielle called the roll: Supervisors Dugan, Peters, Crites, McFarland and Chair Salcedo each voted “yes.” The clerk announced “5 yeses, 0 no’s. The motion passes.” The proclamation was noted as “Approved and adopted this January 2025 by the Mono County Board of Supervisors.”
Deb Bush accepted the award and thanked her family and community, saying she does the work to model community service for younger generations. Several supervisors added brief remarks praising Bush’s decades of community involvement and leadership in local organizations.
