Board members asked for a formal staff presentation at the next meeting. District staff said policy committee members selected language to adapt for Cedar Hill and that legal counsel had drafted recommended language for the district. Trustees and staff agreed to table formal action and return the policy with staff presentation and implementation details at the next meeting (the presenter indicated materials would be ready for the May 19 agenda date listed on the cover sheet).
No policy was adopted at the meeting; the item remained a discussion and was postponed pending staff presentation.
