Mokroyski provided additional operational details: 1,202 ballots were mailed to military and overseas voters on April 4 and 917 emails were sent with instructions for alternate-format ballot materials for those who may not receive ballots by mail in time. He said the registration deadline for first-time registrants is April 29.
