County counsel advised rescinding the earlier resolution and adopting a revised version.
A commissioner moved to adopt "resolution 2025‑04, which replaces and nullifies resolution 2025‑02 to incorporate the edits requested by PERS legal team." The motion was seconded, commissioners voted "Aye," and the motion carried.
