Commissioners asked whether the upgrades would affect state funding tied to potable water at RV slots; staff said the county currently receives the same funding and would risk reduced payments if potable water were not maintained.
The board approved the amendment; commissioners noted parts for the old system are difficult to source and the change order reflects equipment obsolescence, not an operational failure.
