The planning commission reviewed the matter at its May 1 meeting and issued a favorable recommendation.
Council moved and seconded approval and advanced the resolution by voice vote. No amendments were requested and staff indicated conditions and planning considerations had been completed.
The final plat approval allows the subdivider to record the new lots and proceed with the access plan subject to the citys standard recording procedures and any conditions listed on the approved plat.
