Council next approved Resolution No. 25-012, a conditional-use permit for permanent outdoor storage at 465 Investment Court, and Resolution No. 25-013, a conditional-use permit for permanent outdoor storage at 1079 American Way. Planning commission had held public hearings May 5; commissioners voted 7-0 to recommend approval. The council discussed clarifications presented at planning commission, including that one adjacent outdoor-storage request on a different lot was not before the council and that staff had asked applicants to revise landscaping and tree selection for long-term compliance.
The council also approved Resolution No. 25-014, a condominium plat to create four units at 110 Enterprise Drive; planning commission originally recommended five units but the finalized plan before council corrected that to four units.
All four motions were made from the council dais and approved by voice vote; no recorded roll-call vote was requested for these items.
