“We are working through the finalizing the easement documents and paperwork,” a staff speaker said during the meeting. Staff reported that a survey showed the foundation was not exactly where expected, requiring additional survey paperwork before transfer steps could proceed.
Staff said once survey and easement paperwork are complete they expect to address existing facade problems and prepare the property for upcoming summer music festivals. The meeting record indicates that phase 1 of the work (the wall) was completed without major catastrophes and that the project has moved into phase 2, described as a transfer of the property.
