Trustee Vallejo moved to pull the item from the agenda; Trustee Rodriguez seconded the motion. The board then took a roll call-style voice vote: Trustees Evino, Rosa, Rodriguez and Vallejo cast “aye” votes, followed by two additional affirmative votes recorded in the meeting; the presiding officer announced the motion carried and the item was removed from the open agenda.
