Paulding County commissioners approved several FY2024–FY2025 procurement awards for landscaping, mowing and an IT hardware purchase during the meeting.
The board awarded the FY2025 government facility landscape contract to Triascapes LLC for $124,510, with an option to renew for two additional years; funding was allocated from the county’s general fund. Commissioners also approved a FY2025 PCS hardware platform purchase for $163,652.98, funded from the general fund. The board awarded a FY2025 right-of-way turf mowing and maintenance contract to Triascapes LLC for $190,732.38 (general fund), noting project locations across posts 1–4.
Separately, the FY2024 right-of-way Morgan landscape maintenance contract on SR 92 South was awarded to Kelly Landscape and Management for $184,722.83 with a contingency provision up to $203,760.28; the project was identified in Post 3 and funded from the general fund. The FY2025 vertical mowing contract 2 was awarded to Bridal A Landscaping Management for $103,932.30 with funding from the general fund and project locations listed in Posts 1, 3 and 4.
All contracts were presented as the lowest responsive or reliable bidders and were approved by voice vote. The meeting record shows unanimous “aye” responses on the recorded motions.
