Because the parcel lacks the ordinance-required 330 feet of frontage, the owner, Linn 3, LLC, requested a variance. The Zoning Board of Appeals voted 7–0 to recommend approval; the county planning/zoning authority concurred and there were no objectors recorded at the hearing.
A motion to approve the variance was made by Lowey and seconded by Turner (Moments). The chair called for a voice vote and announced the motion carries.
