The staff report listed a bond to cover incomplete work; during discussion the commission corrected an initially misstated bond amount and the motion was amended to accept a bond of $824,000 to cover incomplete work tied to the phase.
Staff said the Phase 1 preliminary plat had been approved April 9, 2024, and that Phase 1B is one portion of the earlier approved overall plan. Commissioners found the final plat consistent with the preliminary approval and voted unanimously to recommend approval and accept the bond amount as amended.
The recommendation advances the final plat to administrative processing and to the city’s permitting and inspection steps as required by the subdivision ordinance.
