Council approves three 2025 budget amendments in unanimous votes

All three ordinances passed on roll-call votes with unanimous recorded support, 7-0. Motions were moved by Council member Dan Hamill and seconded by Council member Skip Williams on the items recorded in the minutes. The council indicated these were final consideration votes and carried the motions by roll call.
