Council Vice President Craig Coleman moved approval; Councilwoman Lynn O’Toole seconded. The council voted unanimously in favor at final reading.
During the final reading the council opened public comment and received none; the measure moved on the consent of the council and was approved. The ordinance changes were described on the agenda as an amendment to the township’s land‑use code to reduce administrative burden for smaller projects by raising the threshold at which detailed engineering submissions are required.
No additional amendments were adopted at the final reading; the action was recorded on the consent of the council.
