The motion to hire a traffic engineer was made by Mister David and seconded by Mister Eladotti, board member. Mister Kelly, identified as the applicant's representative in the meeting record, said the applicant had no objection to hiring a traffic engineer.
Roll-call votes recorded affirmative answers from a majority of board members present for both carries and for the traffic-engineer motion. No conditions or amendments to the motions were recorded in the meeting transcript.
Both applications will next appear on the Planning Board agenda on May 27, as announced at the meeting.
