I would like to do a resolution to our congressional delegation, letting them know of the impacts that removing title $2 and the reduction in Medicaid will have on our district." The board gave consensus for staff and the superintendent to draft a resolution and share it with the board and the district’s congressional delegation. The request will produce a written resolution for the board and district communications; no formal board vote on a resolution took place at this meeting.
Board members and staff said they would continue preparing for multiple budget scenarios and bring a budget priorities work session to the board in the coming days.
