Kenilworth Planning Board unanimously approves minor subdivision application 22-004

Kenilworth Planning Board members voted to approve application 22-004, a minor subdivision listed on the meeting agenda as "3 20 North 20 First Street," after the applicant's team presented final site drawings and answered board questions about design and materials.

The approval followed testimony from the applicant's presenters and technical professionals and was made with conditions; board members said the resolution will be memorialized at the next meeting.

Applicant representatives presented exterior and site design details for the proposed dwellings, describing gable rooflines and two-tone siding with fieldstone accents. Engineer/planner testimony described each dwelling as having interior loading space and noted design differences between two housing models on the plan. The chair stated the application was approved and that the resolution would be memorialized at next month's meeting.
