Supervisor Scott Silvera replied that the ceremony will be held in Dos Palos in May and will be combined with the Lorraine Street ribbon cutting. Silvera said the combined event will begin at 11 a.m. with the library ribbon cutting at 11:45 a.m. Spa thanked the board and said she looked forward to attending.
