The Bonner Middletown Community Council voted to skip its regular meetings in July and August and scheduled its next meeting for June 9 as a hybrid session, council members said.
The council approved a motion to take July and August off; a member seconded the motion and the council chair said the vote was unanimous. Council members said the June meeting will be held as a hybrid because the usual school meeting site will be closed.
Agenda items for the June meeting include a presentation from Andrew Hagemeyer on the fiscal year 2026 work plan for two tax increment districts in the area, Bonner West and Bonner Mill. Council members said the presentation will take about 20 minutes and may include discussion of site-specific issues, including a potential small-scale community treatment plant at the West Potter Logyard.
Council members emphasized that the June presentation is a reason to keep that meeting on the calendar despite the summer pause. The chair said the council will notify the presenter that the meeting will be hybrid, and that the council expects an update on transportation planning and other county reports available on Missoula County platforms.
The council adjourned after confirming the schedule change.
