($141,000), Ogden Friends of Acoustic Music ($134,000) and CaraSoft Technology Corp. ($125,000).
Other consent items read into the record and approved without separate discussion included an ACH payment to Zions Bank for $283,852.51; a contract among Weber County, the Bureau of Reclamation and Weber Basin Water for county operation and maintenance of Causey Road; a first amendment to a contract between Weber County and the Ogden City Redevelopment Agency adjusting an original cap trigger to 2027 or when the original cap is met; approval of Weber County Policy 27 governing social media use; and authorization to surplus an ATV-mountable TriMax compressed air foam system from the emergency management department.
Commissioner Jim Harvey moved to approve consent items 1 through 10; the motion was seconded and passed with all commissioners present voting in favor. No members of the public spoke on the consent agenda during the meeting. Staff indicated they would answer questions about specific warrants or purchase orders if requested after the meeting; no such questions were raised during the public session.
