The Broken Arrow Board of Education unanimously accepted a $10,000 donation from the Broken Arrow Public Schools Foundation to support the district’s leadership program for Project Graduation.
Community relations coordinator Chase Elkins introduced the foundation’s president, Ginny Dolan, who presented the donation. “I am here to present a check for $10,000 to the leadership program for project graduation. We know they do a really good job of keeping our seniors safe,” Ginny Dolan said.
The board moved to accept the gift and approved the acceptance on a roll call with Doctor Williams, Missus Taylor and President Allen recorded as yes votes. Board members thanked the foundation for its long‑standing support.
The board took no further action at the meeting on how the funds will be budgeted beyond accepting the donation.
