Strong Communities projects move forward as SHPO clears three demolitions, county seeks developer for Lee Center School

“We're gonna get that application package together for preapprovals to then the state housing authority process who has to approve this, and then we move it through,” Jeremy said. He described work with a developer interested in Lee Center School, which the county currently owns, and said staff are maintaining the property’s grounds while development negotiations continue.
