Roseman High video class submits distracted-driving PSA after teacher's 2016 death

The student-produced 30-second PSA addresses distracted driving and emphasizes family impacts; the bulletin said it was submitted to the Ad Council for possible airing. Anthony Pena thanked Drama and Miss Stevenson for their help and said the spot took a full day to record.
