The Town of Lake Clarke Shores recorded the following formal actions at its March 11 meeting:

- Pension actuarial study: Council approved funding not to exceed $2,000 for an actuarial study to estimate costs of starting a town police defined-benefit pension plan. Vote: 5-0.

- Pine Tree Lane bridge lighting: Council approved an expenditure not to exceed $30,000 to purchase and install two light poles on the south side of the Pine Tree Lane bridge; the CRA was authorized to pay up to 50% of eligible costs for two poles. - Palm Beach County five-year road program: Council approved a letter asking the county to review its five-year road program and to restore or reconsider projects affecting the town, including the Florida Mango corridor and a request to examine mobility-fee options to support sidewalks and bike lanes. Vote: 5-0.

- Code Enforcement Board appointment: Morty Miltz was selected by council ballot to fill a Code Enforcement Board vacancy. Ballot selection announced by staff.

- CRA votes: The CRA approved the agency annual report (FY2023–24) and ratified the same $30,000 expenditure authorization for two light poles at the Pine Tree Lane bridge. Vote: each item carried on voice vote (recorded as 5-0 in council proceedings).
