Committee members spent the largest portion of the meeting on a packet of land-use materials sent to a task force, including a condensed “land development code” summary and a zoning chart. Nathan, a consultant with WSP, told the committee the firm was starting demographic projections and wanted to understand the committee’s starting numbers: “there’s not 1 standard way to project your population,” he said, and that WSP planned coordination with committee members before finalizing projections.
