- Rock of the Country concert permit and noise variance (Livingston Parish Fairgrounds): The council approved a permit to operate a public amusement event and a related noise-ordinance variance for a multi-artist concert in April. Motion to approve the permit by Councilman Watts; second by Councilman Mangus. Vote on permit: 8 in favor, 1 absent (Councilman Shavers).
