County staff: ERS replacement data migration nearly complete, rollout training coming before June go-live

Staff described the new system as user-friendly and said training will cover proper effort-reporting and everyday use. No firm go-live date was provided; staff said they do not have a final date but that training will occur before the system becomes the active platform.
