Two members were absent or ill and recorded as absent for the vote.
The committee reiterated an earlier decision that the next "Dump the Junk, Find a Treasure" event will be held in the fall, with members suggesting a tentative late-September or early-October timeframe. No additional spending or new logistics were authorized at the meeting.
