Board approves combined employment items and several construction contracts; leases Tank Elementary to Espiro Inc.

The board also approved three general-contractor awards for capital projects tied to district referendums and fund sources:
- Howard Immel Incorporated: awarded the general contractor bid for the Howe Elementary Community School HVAC renovation in the amount of $2,504,500. - IEI General Contractors: awarded the general contractor bid for the Sullivan Elementary School HVAC renovation in the amount of $5,896,136. - IEI General Contractors: awarded the general contractor bid for the Preble High School kitchen renovation in the amount of $289,500 (the Preble kitchen project is funded partially by Fund 50 and partially by the 2022 referendum; Howe and Sullivan were identified as 2022 referendum-funded projects).
Each motion was seconded and the clerk reported "all votes have been entered, and the motion is carried with all board members voting in favor." The board repeatedly acknowledged referendums as the funding source for many of the large-scale projects.
