City officials said the production would be distributed on multiple national platforms and that the city and TAEDC would retain rights to use the produced material for local marketing. City Administrator Quayke described the opportunity: "I truly believe it's something that will, allow us to go out, present ourselves to others. Not only light industrial or even, large manufacturers that may want to come in, but also residents." Officials said funds are available in the tourism budget.
Meeting discussion noted the production schedule would include a two‑to‑three‑day shoot in Tullahoma and that the city would collaborate on content and have sign‑off. Board members asked for past examples and viewership metrics; staff said the vendor typically reports wide distribution and that the city would receive the finished content for use on city channels and in economic development materials.
The board approved the agreement and directed staff to proceed with coordinating production plans and scheduling.
