Utilities board director thanks Mobile County staff for Restore Act project support

He described those employees as “stellar” and said they had gone “way above and beyond” to get him up to speed and involved in the projects.
“...You have employees here that are just second to none,” McCrory said, urging the commission to consider those staff members when raises are considered. The commendation was delivered as a public comment; the commission took no formal personnel action at the meeting.
No motions or votes were taken in response to the comment; the remarks were recorded in the meeting minutes as public praise for county staff supporting Restore Act projects.
