The Plan Commission on May 5 approved several routine and preparatory actions: a contract for the 2025 Lone Park Improvement Project, two certified survey maps (CSMs) for residential property divisions, and a lot line adjustment for property at 16230 West Beloit Road. The commission also voted to table a use, site and architecture review for an approximately 85,400-square-foot industrial building (New Berlin Fabrication) until applicants submit outstanding materials.
Commissioners approved the Lone Park improvement contract (agenda item PK 2200053) by voice vote with no discussion recorded. They also recommended approval of a CSM for a two-lot division at 19300 West Observatory Road (LD 250450) and approved a two-lot CSM and lot line adjustment associated with property at 1610/16230 West Beloit Road, subject to standard conditions.
For the New Berlin Fabrication project (UA 2500488), staff requested a tabling because a traffic impact analysis and parking information were still pending; the commission voted to table the use/site/architecture item to allow the applicant time to supply required documents. Staff said the land division items met city requirements and that the developers will return with remaining materials for final approvals.
All actions on these items passed without recorded opposition; the tabling of the use/site/architecture review was requested by staff and approved unanimously.
