Roy said the racks and repair station would otherwise come from the operating or capital budget; the microgrant would allow the town to secure the equipment at no additional local cost.
The board moved to authorize the town manager to submit the application, accept the grant if awarded, execute related documents, and to recommend any appropriation to the Board of Finance. The motion passed by voice vote.
